Nafasi Art Market
The Nafasi Art Market is an annual community art market hosted at Nafasi on Centre in the Hill District. The event brings together local artists, makers, performers, and neighbors for a full day centered on creative work, small business, and public gathering. The market is typically staged across the Nafasi site and nearby outdoor areas, creating a walkable, open atmosphere that encourages visitors to move between vendor tables, performances, and activities at their own pace.
In past years, the Art Market has featured dozens of local vendors offering original artwork, handmade goods, wellness products, apparel, and craft items. Participating vendors have included independent artists and small businesses connected to the Hill District and the wider Pittsburgh area, with an emphasis on Black artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Vendors are able to sell work directly, connect with new audiences, and build longer-term relationships with community members who return to Nafasi for other programs throughout the year.
